2.Choose our meal plan for lunch and dinner. You can pre-book your orders as perthe specified meal plan. Each day’s menu is different.

2. How do I make payment?

1. Youcan recharge yourwallet onlineinstantly via our integrated payment gateway through

netbanking/ Credit Card / Debit card. (Transaction charges apply)

 

 2. If you are booking offline, you can makepayment either through NEFT or IMPS.

3. Do I need to login everyday on the website to place orders?

You don’t need to log in everyday on the website. We have plansstaring from 3 days to a maximum of 3 months. You can pre-book your meals asper your convenience.

 

  

4. Whatis delivery time of tiffin?

 

Usuallythe Lunch tiffin gets delivered between 12.30 p.m. - 1.30 p.m. and Dinnertiffin time gets delivered between 6:00 p.m. - 8.00 p.m. Our tiffin partnersgenerally deliver the Tiffins on time however for some unavoidablecircumstances it may get delay too.

 

5. How much isthe delivery charge?

Our deliverypartners charge us INR 30 per delivery as of now. It is slightly higher sincewe don't give a monthly commitment.

 

6.What if the tiffin is not delivered?

Call usand we will track the tiffin with our delivery partners or the customer cantake the contact number of the delivery partners and get in touch with him directly.You can write to us atinfo@greendaz.com. We will do our best to rectify the situation.

 

7. Do you deliver inDisposable Containers?

Yes, your meal isdelivered in a hygienic disposable paper bag which contains disposable andmicrowavable containers.

 

 8. How can I check or cancel mymeals?

You can cancel yourmeals online by visiting booking history.

 

9. Where can I check my wallet history?

You can check your wallet history by visitingwallet section. You will find a complete list of payments made and list ofdeductions done into your account.

 

10. Can I terminate the service mid-way?

A.) Yes. We will refund your remaining money in 4working days. No questions asked.

 

11. What sort of privacy policy is in place?

You can rest easy as we do not sell your private information to anythird party and we will never do so. This includes your banking info, emailaddress and any other related details.
